Morning! welcome to virtualcloudblog.com and thanks for checking it out.

Last week VMware announced a list of vExperts 2018 on vSAN track. I would like to announce that I am honored to be selected this year!

What is vExpert?

VMware recognizes vExperts with a certificate. The certificate and title give vExperts special privileges such as access to such private betas, free licenses and exclusive events. Currently, VMware has three paths to become a vExpert: the Evangelist Path, the Customer Path and the VMware Partner Path.

VMware vExpert program recognizes people that have demonstrated significant contributions to the community and a willingness to share their expertise with others. Contributing is not always blogging or Twitter as there are many public speakers, book authors, CloudCred task writing, script writers, VMUG leaders, VMTN community moderators and internal champions among this group.

The biggest benefit of the award is the public recognition as a VMware vExpert Award winner.

Some other benefits are:

  • Inclusion in public vExpert directory
  • Award certificate and gift
  • vExpert logo to display on website or email signature
  • Access to a private vExpert community and vExpert parties
  • Free subscription to conference session materials on VMworld.com
  • Access to exclusive online events and other opportunities to participate in activities
  • VMware products licenses useful for personal labs

The Official 2018 vExpert VSAN list can be found here

Also I would like to extend my thanks to @leonhardtla and @FCinalliP

Thanks to @VMware & @vmwarevsan & andt the @vExpert community for the award!!!

Sharing is caring!
